Flood Damage

After returning from a holiday to find my house flooded, I called ASF Bespoke Developments (in a panic) after them being referred to me by a friend.

Andy Fuller came round immediately and stopped the damage from escalating and ensured the ceilings, walls and electrics were all safe. Andy's advice put my mind at ease, the service was first class and I had no hesitation to ask him to repair the damage.

The repairs were made quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

The attention to detail that Andy and his team show is fantastic. From the initial advice to the clear up at the end of the job, first class all the way through. It is so refreshing to find someone who is so passionate and proud of his business and the quality reputation he has earned.

2 Storey Extension

 

ASF built a two storey extension to our house in Leybourne. The extension was built to the side of our house, of brick and block construction. The foundation was close to an existing rainwater soak away, and therefore needed a specialist design foundation which Andy organized.

All of the construction work was carried out to a high standard and the job finished on time and on budget. As a main contractor Andy managed the job well and co-ordinated all sub-contractors efficiently. There was good communication throughout the job and changes to the original plans were accommodated with little disruption to Andy and myself.

I was pleased with the standard of ASF’s work as well as their conduct, and I would have no hesitation in employing Andy to carry out more work on our home in the future.

Complete House Refurbishment

When we purchased the property it was in an extremely poor state and needing major repairs.  ASF did a back to brickwork refurbishment renewing everything from the ground up.  We were very pleased with the work that they carried out turning a near derelict house into our home.
